Refund policy

At The DIY Gang, we take pride in providing high-quality, carefully crafted products to our community. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy under the following terms: 

Eligibility for Returns

  1. Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery, as indicated by the tracking information.
  2. Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  3. Exclusions:
    • Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
    • Pre order items are final and cannot be returned.
    • Items purchased at a discount or with a promotional code are final.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping returns unless otherwise specified by THE DIY GANG. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Restocking Fees: A restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling costs.

Return Process: Send an email to info@thediygang.com including your order number and reason for the return. Once your order is approved, we will send you return instructions.

Defective or Incorrect Items: We inspect and hand pack every order. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order so we can correct this. We will replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion. Item must be returned unused and unworn in its original condition with all tags intact for a refund or replacement to be processed.

Refund Processing: If a refund is approved, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the processing of your refund. Processing time may vary subject to your payment method and financial institution.

Exchanges: The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item

Damaged ItemsWe carefully package all orders to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order is damaged during transit, please contact the shipping company to file a claim immediately. Keep all packaging and damaged items, as they may be needed for the claim. While we are not responsible for transit damages, we’re happy to assist with documentation to support your claim.
